<Soupe a l'oignon>
Belgium's version of onion soup. It tastes quite the same as the French version which typically uses beef stock as the base. This rendition was so-so at best. But I probably would skip this for something else next time.
<Assiette De Charcuterie>
Essentially consisting of Parma ham, duck rillette, Saucisson a l'ail, air dried beef, rosette served with gherkin salad and garlic bread. A really decent platter of cured meats. My favourite was the Parma ham and the rosette. Both had really strong and salty flavour and it went well with the garlic bread and mustard. The gherkin salad was particular good. It was light, refreshing and tangy. It successfully cuts through the saltiness of the meats and garlic bread.
<Cabillaud Roti>
Roasted cod fillet with tomato braised mussels and duvel beer sabayon. A perfectly cooked fish with light crisp vegetable drenched in delicious sabayon sauce. Good for any non-meat lovers!
<Rhubarb Creme Brulee>
Was a big let down! Zero hint of Rhubarb at all. It tasted just like a regular creme brulee. Felt a little scammed to be honest.
Verdict

Cost - $40+ per pax
