<Grilled Chicken with Pandan Rice>
First of all, I'm not sure why the heck they called it grilled chicken when it is so obviously fried. That aside, it was fried to perfection. Not too oily, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The pandan rice was somewhat fragrant, but I've had eaten better. The highlight for me was the gravy drizzled all over the chicken. It tasted similar to satay sauce and it was slightly spicy too.
