Champion Ramen


Gantetsu from Sapporo. One of the four Ramen stalls from within Champion Ramen. There are also others from Tokyo - Hakata and Toyama. Gantetsu focuses on using a mixture of different Miso for its broth.


Gantetsu from Sapporo. Spicy Miso Ramen. Huge serving of noodles with a lightly spicy miso broth. Nothing really to rave about. But I guess I could say that the egg was cooked to perfection.


Gantetsu from Sapporo. Special Miso Ramen. Once again, the portion of noodles is enough to feed 2 persons. The miso based broth was decent and not overly salty. However, I honestly feel the ramen from Shin Sapporo and Nantsuttei beats this stall hands down.
